Fosters Roofing is currently carrying out one of its largest projects to date on the Bransholme Estate in Hull. Known as The Garths Project, the scheme involves the renewal of 600 house roofs on behalf of Hull City Council. The work is being delivered in partnership with Kingstown Works Limited (KWL), the council’s principal construction and maintenance company, ensuring that local homes benefit from modern, durable, and energy-efficient roofing solutions.
Now reaching the halfway point, the project marks a significant investment in the community’s housing infrastructure. By upgrading the roofing across such a large number of properties, the initiative is not only improving the quality and safety of homes but also contributing to the long-term sustainability of the estate. Fosters Roofing’s role in the project highlights its commitment to delivering large-scale improvements that directly benefit residents while supporting Hull City Council’s wider regeneration and maintenance goals.
